Utilizing a quantitative survey method, the study investigates the direct and indirect influences of these variables on OCB among teachers at private Islamic schools in Sukabumi Regency. The results show a significant direct influence of servant leadership, work culture, mutual trust behavior, and job satisfaction on teachers' OCB. Furthermore, the study reveals that mutual trust behavior and job satisfaction play mediating roles between servant leadership, work culture, and OCB. However, mutual trust behavior is not effective as a mediator between work culture and OCB, indicating that work culture can directly influence OCB without the need for mediation. This research contributes to the understanding of OCB improvement strategies and offers practical solutions for policymakers and educational leaders to enhance teacher performance and overall education quality.
2024-10-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Aceng Abdul Aziz, Soewarto Hardhienata, Sri Setyaningsihhttps://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/270Analysis of Dynamic Governance In The Implementation of Hajj at The Office of The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Blitar Regency2024-09-28T04:05:11+00:00Dwi Ayu Damayanti[email protected]Slamet Muchsin[email protected]Hayat Hayat[email protected]
Economic growth prioritizes building and strengthening sectors in the economic field by developing, improving and maximizing resources. Ifayani Haanurat[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance on investment policies in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. In this study, four main financial ratios, namely Current Ratio (CR), Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Working Capital Turnover (WCT) are used as independent variables to measure their impact on the company's investment policy. The data used is sourced from the company's annual financial statements available on the IDX. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to see the relationship between financial variables and investment policy. The results show that the Current Ratio has no significant influence on investment policy and Return on Assets has a positive and significant influence on investment policy, while the Debt-to-Equity Ratio shows a significant positive influence. Working Capital Turnover does not have a significant influence on investment policy. This finding provides practical implications for company management in designing optimal investment policies based on the company's financial performance.
2024-10-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Muh. Despite numerous efforts to combat the cultivation and consumption of narcotics, the issue remains a major problem in many local communities. However, some of these communities have succeeded in achieving remarkable progress in reducing narcotics cultivation and consumption through participatory programs and alternative economic development. This research aims to identify and analyze the successful experiences in narcotics eradication in local Afghan communities and to evaluate the factors contributing to these successes. A qualitative methodology was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews with local community members, experts, and government officials. The data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The findings of the research indicate that educational programs, awareness-raising initiatives, the development of alternative economic opportunities, and active community participation have played a crucial role in reducing narcotics cultivation and consumption. Nevertheless, challenges such as financial constraints, administrative corruption, and cultural resistance remain significant barriers to the successful implementation of these programs. The study concludes that with increased international support, administrative transparency, and strengthened educational and economic programs, the dependency of local communities on narcotics cultivation can be significantly reduced. This research provides a foundation for the development of effective national policies in the fight against narcotics in Afghanistan.
2024-10-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Fayaz Gul Mazloum Yarhttps://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/286Building Harmony of Music Course Customer Loyalty in Jakarta: The Critical Role of Customer Value, Trust, Satisfaction, and Customer Engagement2024-10-21T03:18:18+00:00Hernando Hernando[email protected]Liem Bambang Sugiyanto[email protected]
The music education industry in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, is growing rapidly as people's interest in music increases.
