This study uses quantitative research, the population for this study includes all companies that participated in the CGPI ranking from 2014 to 2022, with the criterion of having ranking data for at least five consecutive years, resulting in data from nine companies. The statistical analysis employed descriptive analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis using E-views software, as the data type is panel data, which combines cross-sectional and time-series data. The analysis indicated that among the three independent variables examined, only Return on Equity had a positive effect on stock prices. In contrast, Revenue and Net Profit Margin did not significantly affect stock prices and tended to signal negative implications. After including Corporate Governance as a moderating variable, the results indicated that Corporate Governance could only slightly strengthen the influence of Revenue on stock prices. However, it was not effective in enhancing the influence of Net Profit Margin or Return on Equity on stock prices.
Anas Anas, Sri Hartono Copyright (c) 2024 Anas, Sri Hartono https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/302 Sat, 14 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Role of Village Websites in Increasing Community Participation: A Case Study of Batur Village, Semarang Regency https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/297
This study aims to analyze the role of village websites in enhancing community participation in Batur Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency. With a total population of 7,600, the research employed a simple random sampling method to select 100 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that included questions regarding the level of access and use of the village website and participation in village activities. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests, including Pearson Correlation Test and T-Test, to determine the relationship between website usage and community participation. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the frequency of accessing the village website and the level of community participation, where respondents who actively used the website tended to be more involved in village activities, such as consultations and development programs. Comparative analysis also revealed significant differences between active users and non-active users of the website. Although the village website has significant potential to enhance participation, challenges such as a lack of community awareness and technological accessibility hinder its utilization. The study recommends that village officials be more proactive in educating the community about the importance of the website and providing relevant information to increase participation. Thus, the village website can serve as an effective means to enhance transparency and community engagement in the village development process.
Adhi Susano, Meida Rachmawati Copyright (c) 2024 Adhi Susano, Meida Rachmawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/297 Fri, 20 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of Teacher Performance in Improving the Learning Quality of Class XI TKJ Students at the Nias Adventist Vocational High School https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/304
Education is the most important thing in the process of advancing a nation's civilization, with education, the exploration and empowerment of potential can be maximized to help direct humans to become better individuals. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The population in this study consists of all teachers at Yapparindo Tourism Vocational School, while the sample includes 56 teachers. The results of the regression analysis indicate that simultaneously, the three independent variables (school principal leadership, work environment, and work discipline) significantly affect teacher performance. However, partially, only the work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher performance. Although the school principal leadership and work environment variables are not statistically significant, they remain important as both play a crucial role in creating a conducive work atmosphere. The coefficient of determination (R-square) obtained shows that the constructed regression model can only explain a small portion of the variation in teacher performance. This indicates that there are still other factors not covered in this study that also influence teacher performance. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that Yapparindo Tourism Vocational School focus more on improving teachers' work discipline. Additionally, the school needs to continually strive to enhance the quality of school principal leadership and improve working conditions. For future research, it is suggested to examine other factors that may affect teacher performance, such as work motivation, workload, and support from colleagues.
I Ketut Mandia, Tongam Sirait Copyright (c) 2024 I Ketut Mandia, Tongam Sirait https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/306 Fri, 20 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Pedagogic Competence and Teacher Motivation on The Leadership Style of Principals at Nias Advent Private Junior High School https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/303
This research aims to analyze whether the principal's leadership style influences the pedagogical competence and motivation of teachers at Adventist Nias Private Middle School. The main focus is on the problem of default that occurs when venture capital companies fail to fulfill their obligations to disburse capital on schedule, resulting in financial losses and obstacles to business development for MSMEs. This study proposes legal reforms to improve regulations and enforcement related to venture capital company responsibilities, including setting disbursement deadlines, MSME protection mechanisms, and increasing accountability. The empirical normative research uses a combined method between legislative, case, and analytical approaches to explore and analyze legal issues comprehensively. The research finds that MSMEs engage in profit-sharing schemes with venture capital firms. In this arrangement, the venture capital company offers funds to a legal entity partner company, and the partner company reimburses the funds with predetermined rewards. These agreements are governed by the contract law provisions of the Civil Code and are updated by the Ministry of Finance Regulation. It emphasizes the significance of venture capital in addressing funding shortages for small businesses. These reforms are expected to reduce the risk of delays, ensure fair compensation for MSMEs, and support more sustainable business growth.

Shri Hardjuno Wiwoho, Azis Budianto Copyright (c) 2024 Shri Hardjuno Wiwoho, Azis Budianto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/301 Fri, 20 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Franchise Agreement as Legal Protection For Franchise Business Actors In Indonesia https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/308
Franchise agreements play an important role in providing legal protection for franchise business actors in Indonesia, both for franchisors and franchisees. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of franchise agreements in protecting the rights and obligations of the parties and identify potential legal problems that arise in their implementation. The approach used is normative juridical, with an analysis of related laws and regulations, such as Government Regulation No. 42 of 2007 concerning Franchises, as well as franchise agreement documents from various business sectors. The results of the study show that franchise agreements that are drafted by fulfilling the legal principles of the agreement, such as legal certainty, fairness, and balance, are able to provide adequate legal protection for both parties. However, there are still challenges in implementation, including inconsistencies in the content of the agreement with regulations, lack of understanding of legal aspects by business actors, and weak supervision of the implementation of the agreement. This research recommends strengthening regulations and education for franchise business actors to create a fairer and more sustainable business ecosystem.
Brun Kartino Sudjanto, Gunawan Djajaputra Copyright (c) 2024 Brun Kartino Sudjanto, Gunawan Djajaputra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/308 Sun, 29 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Transfer of Marine Ship Ownership as an Immovable Object Based on Sale and Leaseback Agreement https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/307
Sale and Leaseback agreements are one of the increasingly popular financing methods in strategic asset management. This agreement is considered to allow the owner of the ship to sell his assets to a third party with an agreement to re-lease the ship for a certain period of time. This method offers financial flexibility, but also presents various legal challenges, particularly related to ownership and certainty of the rights of the parties involved. This study aims to analyze the legal basis, characteristics of agreements, and their implications for the transfer of ship ownership. The approach used in this study is normative with analysis of relevant laws and regulations and case studies. The results of the study show that although the Sale and Leaseback agreement provides great benefits in terms of financing, the implementation in Indonesia still faces obstacles, especially for marine capital goods that include immovable objects. In addition, there is a potential for legal disputes if one party fails to fulfill its obligations. For this reason, more detailed legal arrangements are needed to protect the rights and obligations of the parties. This study recommends harmonization between the rules in the field of financing institutions and the rules applicable in shipping as well as stricter supervision of the implementation of Sale and Leaseback agreements on ship assets. With adequate arrangements, this agreement can be an effective solution in supporting financing in the shipping sector.

Yeni Wijaya, Gunawan Djajaputra Copyright (c) 2024 Yeni Wijaya, Gunawan Djajaputra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/307 Sun, 29 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of Social Return on Investment (SROI) in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of BPKH x BMM through the present value approach to the Free Cataract Surgery Program for 100 West Java residents in 2023 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/310
The high rate of blindness due to cataracts in Indonesia, especially in West Java, has prompted the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) in collaboration with Baitulmaal Muamalat (BMM) to carry out a free cataract surgery program for 100 West Java residents in 2023. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the program through the Social Return on Investment (SROI) approach that considers social, economic, and environmental impacts. The qualitative approach was used to analyze the social impact of the Free Cataract Surgery program in more detail, while the descriptive quantitative approach was used to measure social return on investment (SROI) and analyze the results of social impact calculations. The results of the analysis show a SROI ratio of 2.08, which means that every Rp1.00 invested generates social benefits worth Rp2.08. This program not only has a positive impact in the form of improving community health and productivity, but also economic benefits for stakeholders such as clinics, MSMEs, and medical personnel. The results of the study provide an overview of the evaluation that can be used to improve the sustainability of similar programs in the future.
Karmila Eka Putri, Tri Wahyu Oktavendi Copyright (c) 2024 Karmila Eka Putri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://return.publikasikupublisher.com/index.php/return/article/view/310 Mon, 30 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000
